About this project

This prediction systems describes how and what factors lead to customer satisfaction for an airline

The following pie chart shows us what percentage of passengers are satisfied and what percentage of passengers are not satisfied acording to the given attributes.

The following histogram shows us the age groups that are satisfied by the airline agency

The following histogram shows us the age groups that are not satisfied by the airline agency

• This is a machine learning classification based model which determines if a customer/passenger is satisfied or not based on the attributes the model user inputs


• • THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME OF THE ATTRIBUTES THE USER INPUTS:-
  • The actual age of the passengers
  • Purpose of the flight of the passengers (Personal Travel, Business Travel)
  • Satisfaction level of the inflight wifi service (rating from 1-5)
  • Satisfaction level of online booking
